Rogue anti-spyware

Rogue anti-spyware is a category uniting software disguised as anti-spyware, but which do not correspond, partially or completely, to the description provided by the vendor, and which is advertised by malware. In a broad meaning, rogue antispyware include any fake system security and optimization tools, even if malware is not applied in its advertisement and fake software does not pretend to remove spyware but is another sort of security or computer optimization program, e.g. fake Registry cleaner and fake privacy protector. In reality, though, rogue antispware is often installed with trojan and other malware like hijacker is applied to the purpose of its advertisement. Rogue anti-spyware is propagated to the purpose of obtaining by hackers the corresponding software license fee (registration fee). Trial version of rogue antispyware, browser hijacker and fake online ads are elements of rogue antispyware. Users often experience difficulties with identifying and removing rogue antispyware and either anti-spyware manual removal guideline or automated antispyware tool shall be applied to get rid of rogue anti-spyware.
